Bagyong ‘Usman,’ ramdam na sa E. Visayas; areas na nasa signal #1, dumami

Ayon kay Pagasa forecaster Raymond Ordinario, makakaranas na ng malalakas na buhos ng ulan ang Samar at Leyte provinces ngayong araw dahil sa outer rainband.

Habang bukas ay tinatayang lalawak pa ang sakop ng mga pag-ulan, kasama na ang Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog, Bicol at ang mismong tinutumbok na Eastern Visayas.


Advertisement Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 450 km silangan ng Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na 55 kph at may pagbugsong 65 kph.

Kumikilos ito nang pakanluran sa bilis na 15 kph.

Nakataas ang signal number one (1) sa Romblon, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, kasama na ang Ticao at Burias Islands, Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Northern Cebu, pati na ang Camotes Islands, Aklan, Capiz, Northern Iloilo, northern Negros Occidental at Dinagat Island.
