During Advincula's first public appearance, he insisted the involvement of the Duterte family on drugs, but Advincula later admitted that the charges made on the videos against the Presidential Family were only stories, all lies.
Advincula said the masterminds of the black propaganda against the President were some members of the opposition senators and some churches' leaders.
Based on Advincula's affidavit, he had a meeting with the several church leaders and some personalities from the opposition to plan on how to connect President Rodrigo Duterte's family to drugtrade.
“Noong December 12, 2018 Miyerkules bandang 6:00 ng gabi kami ay nagpulong muli sa Jesuit Residences sa Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) kasama sina Jonel, Father Alejo at Arch Bishop Soc Villegas upang pag-usapan ang lakad nina Father Alejo at Father Villanueva… Noong February 9, 2019 ng 6:00 am ay umalis kami ni Father Alejo sakay ng Grab galing sa Jesuit Residences papuntaang Bishop House ng Diocese ng Caloocan at doon ay nagkaroon ng pagpupulong kasama sina Bishop Pablo Virgilio David o Bishop Ambo, Senador Trillanes at Jonel at dito napag-usapan ang gagawing pag-iingay sa darating na halalan,” according to the affidavit of Advincula.
