Manila, Philippines – Binawi na ng Korte Suprema ang Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) sa paglilitis ng Sandiganbayan sa kaso ng Mamasapano massacre.

Ayon kay Atty. Ryan Keith Hosaka, spokesman SC, unanimous ang naging desisyon ng SC en banc.

Dahil dito, posible nang maisalang sa pagdinig si dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino kaugnay sa pagkamatay ng 44 na PNP-SAF member sa Mamasapano, Maguindanao noong Enero 2015.

Matatandaan na dahil sa TRO ay naharang ang pagbasa ng sakdal gayundin ang pagdinig laban kay Aquino para sa usurpation of aurhority at graft.

Kasama sa kaso ni Aquino sina dating Philippine National Police chief Alan Purisima at dating PNP-SAF director Getulio Napeñas, Jr.
