II Sec. 6 and Art. III known as the Bill of Rights of the Philippine Constitution.”

Nakasaad ang kanilang panawagan sa 20-pahinang petisyon na inihain ng Rhema International Livelihood Foundation Inc. na payagan ang Kapa na ipagpatuloy ang operasyon nito.

Giit ng grupo, ang SEC ay nagpasya base lang umano sa “hearsay” o sabi-sabi at hindi kinuha ang panig ng Kapa.

“Duterte and Aquino with their minions PNP (Philippine National Police), CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group) and NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) confederated together, they rob the Petitioners, with the personal papers, money and properties owned by the church without due process of law, [a] culpable violation of the Art. III of the Constitution known as the Bill of Rights,” saad nila sa petisyon.

“It is very discouraging on the part of the Petitioner Cirfund to discover that Duterte as a lawyer is ignorant of the law and as a President (sic),” dagdag pa nila.

Samantala, ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Duterte nitong Hunyo ang pagpapasara sa lahat opisina ng Kapa.
