Umarangkada na sa Makati City RTC ang kasong rebelyon laban kay Senador Antonio Trillanes IV.

Ang naturang kaso ay una nang ibinasura ng naturang korte walong taon na ang nakakalipas matapos siyang bigyan ng amnestiya ng dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino subalit binawi naman ng Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte dahil sa isyu ng teknikalidad.


Sa unang araw ng pagdinig ay isinilang ng prosecution team bilang saksi si Assistant State Prosecutor Mary Jane Sytat.

Si Sytat ay nasa hukuman nuon nang mag walk out at sumugod sa Manila Peninsula ang grupo ni Trillanes kasama ang ilang supporters nito.

Tinawag naman ni Atty Reynaldo Robles, abogado ni Trillanes na isang filler witness si Sytat na ang testimonya aniya ay immaterial at iniharap na lamang para hindi masayang ang hearing.

Isinulong naman ng kampo ni Trillanes na gawin sa July 22 ang cross examination kay Systat.
