Pirmado na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang isang batas na kung saan libre na ang pagkuha ng mga certificates at clearances na kinakailangan sa pag-apply ng trabaho kung ikaw ay isang fresh graduate.

Ayon sa Republic Act 11261 o ang "First Time Job Seekers Assistance Act" ang mga bagong nagtapos na Pilipino ay hindi na kinakailangang magbayad sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno kung nais nilang kumuha ng clearances o certificates kung naghahanap sila ng trabaho.

Ito ang listahan ng mga certificates at mga clearances na maaari mong makuha nang libre:
Police clearance certificate
National Bureau of Investigation clearance 
Barangay clearance 
Medical certificate from a public hospital 
Birth certificate Marriage certificate 
Transcript of academic records issued by state colleges and universities 
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) card 
Other documentary requirements issued by the government that may be required by employers for job applicants.

Ang pagsasabatas po ng ating First-time Jobseekers Assistance Act ay hindi lamang isang malaking tulong pinansyal para sa ating kabataan kundi isa ring napapanahong graduation gift para sa ating masisipag na fresh grads.” ayon kay Villanueva.

Lubos po tayong nagpapasalamat sa ating Pangulo sa paglagda ng natatanging batas na ito gayundin po sa ating mga kapwa mambabatas na sinuportahan ang ating adbokasiya na tulungan ang ating kabataan sa paghahanap ng disenteng trabaho,” dagdag pa ng senador.

Ayon sa datos, ang mga aplikante sa trabaho ay gagastos ng 2,000 pesos para sa mga employment requirements at hindi pa kasama ang gastusin sa pagkain at transportasyon.
