Robredo recently accepted the offer and challenge of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to be the co-chair of (ICAD) to assist and participate in the government's crackdown on illicit dr*ugs.
But Robredo's most recent statements as ICAD Co-chair was not likeable to certain personalities. One of the critics of Robredo's statement is Daily Tribune Veteran Journalist Ninez Cacho-Olivares.

“But will Leni also take responsibility and accountability for any increase in the smu*ggling of dr*ugs, the proliferation of the dr*ug lords and the loss of lives of police and other anti-ill*egal dr*ug agents?” added Olivarez.
As we recalled earlier that Robredo also wanted to implement “zero ki*llings” in the anti-dr*ug campaign.
The journalist also criticized Robredo's dramatic speech when she accepted the ICAD co-chair position.
“Kahit sabihin pa natin na ang alok na ito ay pamumulitika lamang, at hindi naman talaga ako susundin ng mga ahensya, at gagawin nila ang lahat para hindi ako magtagumpay, handa akong tiisin ang lahat ng ito,” said Robredo when she accepted the ICAD co-chair position.
Watch the Video: According to Olivarez, Robredo immediately c0ndemned and in*sulted the people she led as co-chair of ICAD. “Leni, do you think you lifted the spirits of the heads and the employees of the offices you will be heading with your early condemnation and your distrust of them? A good and competent boss never disparages her people. She needs them to succeed because the truth is, she can’t do the job alone. Nobody can,” slammed Olivarez.
