Sen. Trillanes was once again discredit on his alleged spreading of fake news after Secretary Locsin revealed the real and original Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by the Philippines and China regarding the oil and gas explorations in the West Philippine Sea. Secretary Teddyboy Locsin stated that Sen. Trillanes presented a bogus document in an effort to demonize President Rodrigo Roa Duterte during the landmark visit of People's Republic of China President Xi Jinping.
